Reiki Services Terms & Conditions:

I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on and/or distance energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

Privacy Notice: No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without the written consent of the client or parent/guardian if the client is under 18.

Consult Your Physician or Healthcare Professional: Any form of Energy Healing does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have.

Refund/Rescheduling: Due to the nature of our small business refunds are not available. However you may reschedule up to 90 days from your original booking.

Prior to any Journey you must complete an intake form. As a Participant you hereby affirm that the information provided in the intake form is a complete and accurate statement of your physical,
psychological and emotional condition which may affect your participation in any of the A.T.H.E.N.A journeys. You understand and have been informed that failure to fully and honestly disclose
all of the information requested could result in harm to yourself and fellow participants for which you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Athena Jones. You further agree to notify
Athena Jones should there be any changes in my health condition or any response to this application.
