In this on going course we will introduce weekly Mindful Based Stress Reduction Techniques that will help reduce stress, come back to your body, and reclaim your soul will using mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, somatic release, breath work, and Antojai Reiki as tools. My goal is to empower you to find what well health means to you through the healing arts mind, body, heart coherency, and over all physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional well being and alignment.
