It started with a Dream
If you are anything like me you have (or have had) big dreams and ambitions for life with a mission to help others and your community for as long as you can remember. For whatever reason, you haven't been able to bring that into the tangible world. You've made sacrifices here and there telling yourself that the short-term gains were worth putting off your dream. If you could just get to the x on the map it would all fall into place. I have a little secret to share, there is no x on the map! You can start making your dreams a reality. When the events of your days are met with intention and aligned action things shift. The energy you have poured so loyally into others and your job(s) find new parameters. You are able to get back to the basics and re-establish the mindset that dreamed that first dream. You can create boundaries in all of these places and step into the unknown of limitless possibilities. Any day can be day 1 of a new adventure. These possibilities can be approached with curiosity when you leave expectations behind and set your heart free to explore. You may be surprised how much easier it is to move through these new adventures as you leave behind the weight of the past and start your Fools Journey with an open heart and a willing desire to create once more.
Reignite your Fire
I never imagined that something intended for healing and relaxation would help me find my fire again, my passion for life, and my deep seeded desire to follow my dreams. No that doesn't just mean feeling more confident, strong, and even sexy in my body but I will tell you that was an added and unexpected benefit. Reiki lead me through a journey of self-love that I never anticipated and only hoped for once upon a time. There is this really beautiful thing that happens when you feel more comfortable in your skin and express that authentically, the people around you can't help themselves but to do the same.
You become a being of inspiration just by being you. The weird part is, in my experience, you don't feel that special, you are just being yourself. When you honor and even love all parts of you, and yes even the taboo parts. Reiki allowed me to ground in such a way that I felt safer in my body than I had in a really long time or perhaps even ever. It allowed me to push the many voices from the past away and see myself through fresh eyes. These are the parts I am talking about when I say you are no longer pouring from an empty cup. When your cup is full and overflowing there is not even a need to pour, the water will overflow and like a cleansing rain, those around you will benefit far more than before.

These will be private 1 on 1 classes and you can go as far as you like. Please email me to set up price plans and schedule your class
First will be Reiki Levels 1 & 2 $444 and typically 8 - 1 hour classes held via zoom. We will introduce you to the history of reiki and some basic reiki techniques for local and long distant healing as well as for plants and animals.
Reiki Level 3 to Reiki Master/Teacher $444 typically takes about 8 - 1 hour classes held via zoom. Must have completed levels 1 & 2. We will introduce advanced reiki techniques and methods to provide additional layers of healing and relaxation. In Reiki Master and Reiki Master teacher classes you will learn the last of the traditional reiki symbols and the healing they offer adding a greater knowing and understanding of the practice and expanding your abilities as a healer.

Q: Is Reiki a Religion?
A: No! People who practice many different religions and even people who practice no religion at all practice, receive, and benefit from reiki.

Parting words with all my Love
If you have made it this far and you still have questions or doubts do me a favor. Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and ask yourself what a f*ck yes feels like in your body. Then ask yourself what a hell no feels like in your body, and lastly ask yourself if learning reiki with Athena is in alignment for you? Always always trust your intuition.
